What teams do you currently carry?
Currently we carry official licensed Headwear from the following teams:

Sporting Clube de Portugal
Do you carry any other teams not listed?
Currently, we are only carrying the teams that you see are listed on the site. We are always working to make new partnerships with clubs and teams in order to expand our collection. As new teams are added to our collection, we will make it known through our social media, newsletter and website.
Will you carry more teams in the future?
Yes. We are constantly trying to bring more variety in teams and styles to our collection. As we officially add new teams and designs, we will make it known on our site and on our social media.
Do you make custom product?
Depending on your needs we might be able to offer custom product if certain minimum quantities are met. For wholesale inquiries please contact email@example.com
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship within Canada and the United States. In the European Union we carry out shipments, just be award that we do not have the entire collection in that region.
Do you have a physical store?
We currently do not have our own physical stores but we do have official retailers that carry our products. These retailers include but are not limited to select Lids retailers, Urban Outfitters, and Fanatics. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire further.

Where is my order?
Please note that all orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (not including weekends or holidays). You will receive a tracking number after this period of time so that you are able to track your shipment. Transit time for Standard Shipping varies between 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday and not including holidays). Transit time for Express Shipping varies between 1 to 2 business days.
I want to exchange or return an item
Before sending us an email, please make sure that your item(s) meet the requirements as stated in our Shipping and Returns page. Please ensure to include the following info:
- Order number/reference
- The product(s) you wish to return/exchange
- The reason(s) you wish to return/exchange
I received an incorrect or damaged item
Please send us a picture of the item(s) you received as well as your Order # to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get in contact within 24 hours to process your request.
Are your products authentic/official?
Yes, all of our products are officially licensed and manufactured within the rules and the standards of each club. All content, including properties such as images, clip, logos, and text are the exclusive property of Fan Ink or its license holders. Any usage or reproduction of the content is strictly forbidden without prior consent. All intellectual properties displayed are the property of its respective owner. All rights reserved.

Where are your products made?
We are a Canadian company headquartered just outside of Toronto. We have offices in Asia, United States and Europe. Our main manufacturing facility is located in China and our sourcing and design departments are located in North America.
